Health Trainer Service

The NHS Berkshire West Health Trainer Service was launched in March 2010 to improve your health and wellbeing.

The service is aimed at people over 16 years of age in Berkshire West who are committed to changing their lifestyles by taking action in the following areas:

• Stopping smoking
• Reducing alcohol intake
• Losing weight
• Eating more healthily
• Managing stress
• Engaging in more physical activity
